Burger King turns 70 this year, if you can believe it, and they’re celebrating hard. Right now, you can get the Birthday Pie Slice at select locations for a limited time. It’s a “birthday cake-flavored pie filling in a cookie crumb crust topped with rainbow-colored sprinkles, cake bites, and whipped topping.”
But there are even more deals coming! Starting on May 28, National Hamburger Day, Burger King loyalty program members get a full week of offers when they spend $0.70 or more. Here’s the full list of deals:
- Tuesday, May 28: Get a free hamburger when you spend $0.70 or more.
- Wednesday, May 29: Snag a free Croissan’wich with a purchase of $0.70 or more.
- Thursday, May 30: Get a free medium soft drink with any purchase of $0.70 or more.
- Friday, May 31: Get a free cheeseburger when you spend $0.70 or more.
- Saturday, June 1: Burger King’s actual birthday! Get a free Birthday Pie Slice when you spend $0.70 or more.
- Sunday, June 2: Snag a free Original Crispy Chicken Sandwich with any purchase of $0.70 or more.
- Monday, June 3: Grab a free Whopper Jr. with a purchase of $0.70 or more.
McDonald’s
Everyone knows inflation has gotten ridiculous, especially when it comes to dining out. And thanks to that, people aren’t eating out as much, making prices more expensive, and so it. It’s a vicious cycle. But McDonald’s is looking to bring customers back into the restaurants.
There’s a good chance the $5 meal deal is coming back to McDonald’s sometime soon. Although the proposal was rejected earlier this year, it looks like it’s returning to the menu.
The $5 meal deal will offer a choice of a McChicken, McDouble, or four-piece chicken McNuggets with fries and a drink, reports say. Logistics are still being worked out on how the deal will rollout and where, but it’s looking like affordable meals are back on the menu!
Wendy’s
Did someone say a 50-piece nugget meal? Yep, Wendy’s did. Launched on May 8, the Wendy’s Nuggs Party Pack is here to change the game.
The Nuggs Party Pack includes 50 all-white-meat chicken nuggets with your choice of sauces. Plus, this party pack only costs you $14.99! You can either opt for Crispy or Spicy nuggets, but unfortunately not both.
