I contacted Dune regarding my Ladybird handbag and if they could provide me with some spare stones as some had popped out with gentle use. I had a very quick response from 'MARIE' who looked into if this was possible as they don't have a spares department but will raise this QC to try and locate some in their warehouse. Items purchased online and in store can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order for FREE. Please complete and enclose the Paperwork inside the parcel. No Paperwork? No problem! Just pop a note inside with your order number, customer name, and the reason for the return. You will receive your refund within 10 working days of the item(s) being sent back.
