Hotels.com Student Discounts

Member Prices are only available to customers who unlock them. These are lower prices that we've specially negotiated for our customers. You won't find Member Prices on hotel or vacation rental comparison sites either. Even lower than our special rate promotions, Member Prices are discounts applied on top of current hotel or vacation rental deals or, when there is no current hotel deal, standard prices. How deep a discount you receive depends on your chosen dates, your destination, and your selected hotel or vacation rental.
You can unlock Member Prices in 2 ways:

• Become a Hotels.com® Rewards member
• Download the Hotels.com® app

If you don’t see the option to make changes online, just give us a call.

• We won’t charge you a fee, but the hotel or vacation rental might. You can get the low-down on the property’s policies in your booking details. You’ll need to use a credit card to pay for any fees or rate differences.
• The change policies for Member Prices are the same as any other booking.
• The Member Price will apply to all the days in your itinerary that your original booking covered.
• Your refund amount and how long it takes to hit your account depends on your booking type and how you paid. For more info, check out Refunds on hotel and vacation rental bookings.

Collect 1 stamp for every night you stay at an eligible property.

• Any stamps that you collect will be added to your account within 72 hours after check-out.
• Collect 10 stamps, get 1 reward* night at an eligible property.
• The value of your reward* night is equal to the average rate of the 10 nights you collected to earn it.

If you don't have a Hotels.com account or can't see your booking listed, you can look up your booking confirmation using your last name and the confirmation number emailed with your booking.

On the search results page, select the hotel or vacation rental you want to book.
i. Select your desired room, apartment, or equivalent.
ii. If the hotel or vacation rental offers you the option of when you would like to pay, choose Pay now. If you don't choose Pay now, you won't be able to use your discount.
iii. In Your Reservation Summary, scroll down to Apply a coupon code. You'll find this on the right side of the page under the information on pricing, taxes, and the amount you need to pay.
iv. Enter your discount code and select Apply. Remember: You'll have to apply your coupon code before you book!
