Valid Monday - Thursday.
No booking can be cancelled past its start time, this qualifies as a no show and no refund/date change can be offered.
For groups of 7 or less, we require 48 hour’s notice to reduce the group size or cancel your booking.
For groups of 8 or more, we require 7 day’s notice to reduce the group size or cancel your booking.
If you do need to cancel or reduce the group size within these time scales, you will forfeit the full payment of each person who does not attend*. (*If you still need to amend your booking, please contact us so that we can advise you further.)
If you want to add on additional guests after booking, we will do our best to accommodate any additional guests, but this is subject to availability at the time of request.
We ask all our bowlers to arrive 15 minutes before your game start time, if you are running late then please let us know as far in advance as possible. We can only hold your lane for 10 minutes. After this time, we cannot guarantee your booking, however we will do our best to fit you in if we can and allocate your payment to a later game that day.
All guests are responsible for checking they have provided the correct information at the point of booking.
Lane7 are not responsible for bookings that are made and confirmed via the website where by the guest has provided incorrect booking information and made an error with their booking.
Guest are responsible for any willful or negligent loss or damage to venue, furniture and equipment. The cost of any damage will be charged to the hirer.
