How long does delivery take?

All delivery methods exclude Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. Express orders are delivered Monday-Friday. 
Standard Delivery (2-3 working days), Express Delivery (1-2 working days), Special Delivery (Next working day for orders places by 5PM Mon-Fri).

How do I look after my Pandora jewellery?

Your Pandora jewellery should be handled with care at all times. Please keep your Pandora jewellery out of reach of small children and babies. All sterling silver will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster when it comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin ph.

What is the returns policy?

Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 30 days by mail or in-store with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup. Damaged/defective merchandise may be returned in-store or online. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Pandora Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable. Engraved, Last Chance and Sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise.
