Great place, always see staff present that are polite and willing to help. Equipment is well maintained and all at a bargain price. Can’t go wrong really. Only consideration for PureGym is to maybe look at the introduction of a recovery area with equipment like compression boots, local therapists etc

This is a review for PureGYM UK joining process/experience. Everything was very clear in the joining up form and easy to fill in. All information you need to know, (start date of membership, which type chosen, which gym it was for etc) was very clear on the form. One of the quickest forms I have filled in! You also recieve a couple of emails showing all the relevant details/direct debit/sales reciept that you need. Also when you go to your account (once joined) the layout is simple but clear, easy to find any details you want to check. Nothing complicated about it, which is just how I like it. Too many membership accounts are overly complex and difficult to use, not this! Thank you PureGym! Looking forward to using the gym!
