River Island’s returns policy allows orders to be returned within **28 days** of delivery or store purchase. Returns will be **charged £2 per return** which will be automatically deducted from your refunded amount. In-store returns are free of charge. You can either return your order to a River Island store or drop off your returns using one of the returns drop off services (Royal Mail, ASDA, Evri, Collect+, InPost).
