Found the website easy to navigate. Chose a pair of Chuck Taylor hi tops. Ordering process was relatively quick and easy. Good communication for acknowledging the order and for when it was despatched. Was delivered within a week of ordering and within the time specified. Arrived well packaged and shoes were well wrapped inside the box and in pristine condition (as they should be) with two sets of laces. Fitted well. Overall really pleased with the purchase and the shopping experience.

I ordered some custom made wedding converse, unfortunately they were to big so had to send them back.
The customer service I have received has been amazing. I was concerned about the tracking and where the parcel was and I always reassured and responded back to within an hour. Will definitely order again!
