Will my food stay fresh?

Absolutely! All of our meals are packaged in a box with an insulated liner, a cool pouch and ice packs to keep your food fresh until you get home the night of delivery. However, we recommend you put the contents in your refrigerator as soon as possible for best results.

Can I customize my meals or make substitutions?

Yes! We understand that you might want to modify a meal to suit your preferences, and our customization option is available for select recipes. This feature gives you the flexibility to tailor the recipe to your tastes by substituting specific ingredients — like swapping turkey for ground beef, for example. If you have a picky eater in your household, this option makes it easier to please their palate! To customize your meal, simply look for the label on our weekly menu, click the “customize this meal” icon, and choose your ingredient swap!

When will my delivery arrive?

Your delivery will arrive between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM latest on your delivery day. When your delivery is on its way to your kitchen, we’ll send you an email notifying you.
