How do I redeem my free month?

When you select a plan, you’ll need to verify your status through the Pion Connect app. Once verified, you can choose one of the available discounts. You’ll also be asked to add a payment method so your plan can renew after the promotional period—but you can cancel anytime before renewal. Your 30-day cycle will begin once you activate your SIM.

What are the available discounts?

Option 1: First month free +40% off the next two months. Option 2: First month free + 20% off for 11 months.

What happens after the promotional period?

Once your discount period ends, your plan will automatically renew at the standard monthly price unless you cancel. You can manage your plan, track your usage, or cancel anytime via the Boshhh app.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes! If you want to bring your current number to Boshhh, just request a PAC code from your current network and enter it in the Boshhh app under ‘Transfer Number’.

How do I cancel my plan?

You can cancel anytime through the Boshhh app or by emailing hello@boshhh.com. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you won’t be charged.
