The majority of our vouchers have a 12 month validity period except our Experience boxes which are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Sometimes we sell special offer experiences with a shorter timeframe to use them. These may either have a fixed expiry date or only be valid for a shorter period of time.
Please check the ‘fine print’ tab on the product page of the experience to view how long the voucher will be valid.

All of our vouchers are fully flexible so you can redeem it for the experience of your choice.  
Please log in here using your voucher reference details and then click on ‘view the full range’. to browse our huge range of exciting experiences. If you know which experience you’re after, you can use the search bar at the top of the page by typing in a keyword or product code. Alternatively, simply click through the category options until an experience catches your eye.

It’s really simple to apply your discount code. Just follow these steps:

• After you have clicked 'Buy Now,' you'll be taken to the basket page
• Enter your code in the ‘discount code’ box under the delivery method
• Click ‘APPLY’ and if successful your discount code will be applied
• Simply follow the onscreen instructions to complete your order as usual

If the ‘Discount Code' box is missing from the basket page, unfortunately this means that a discount cannot be applied.
