Currys doesn't currently offer any official student discount. However, Currys regularly offers discounts on laptops and other higher-priced tech like fridge freezers, washing machines, really big TVs etc. And, if you’re willing to wait a bit longer, Currys offers great seasonal discounts and deals around Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the lead-up to Christmas.

Currys free delivery depends on what it is that you’ve ordered. For smaller tech items over £40 – which is pretty much anything that’s not a kitchen appliance or a big TV – delivery is free. For larger items, like an oven, delivery costs will differ as they're tiered. For example, a timed delivery slot costs slightly more than the all-day delivery option.

There are some Ts & Cs, but the big one is that Currys reserves the right to refuse a price match where it suspects fraud or unauthorised reselling.

Your Plan is Currys' flexible credit agreement on tech products over £99, allowing you to buy now, pay later. It allows you to spread out your repayments to Currys, like monthly payments or a similar interval payment plan. Beware though, this isn't interest free credit, also known as 0% APR. The current interest rate increases to 29.9% from 26 April 2023. Credit is provided by Creation Consumer Finance Ltd.
