If you have a PAC from your current provider, you can bring your number with you when ordering your VOXI SIM.
If you've already set up your VOXI Mobile account but didn't bring your number, don't worry - you can still port your number to VOXI Mobile in the "Transfer number" section of your VOXI account online.
If you don't have your PAC yet, you just need to text "PAC" to 65075.

Depending on where you’re travelling, you’ll need one of the following:

• A European Roaming Pass
• A Global Roaming Extra
• A credit balance on your account

Each month we’ll send you an email to let you know about our latest VOXI Drop. Then you’ll just need to head to your online account to open your VOXI Box, where this month’s prize or offer will be revealed.
