Chegg Student Discounts

Use a desktop or laptop computer and follow these steps:
1.Go to My Account
2.Click Orders
3.Find the subscription you would like to cancel on the right and Click Cancel Subscription
4.You'll be navigated to a new page where you can select the orange Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the screen to confirm the cancelation
Once you confirm, your subscription will be canceled. You won’t be charged again, and you will have access to your subscription for the remainder of your current billing period.

If your account has been temporarily suspended for unusual activity that may be in violation of our Terms of Use, you can log into your account to determine whether it can be released or will remain suspended.
1.Sign in and head to the Overview section of your Chegg account.
2.Look for a banner that reads Subscription access suspended.
If your account is eligible for release, you’ll see a link to Regain access in that banner. Click the link and follow the prompts to be released from suspension.
If you don’t see a link to regain access in the banner, it means your account is under review and is not eligible for release from suspension at this time.

Visit My Account, then click on Security.
1.Enter your current password in the Old password field.
2.Enter your new password in the New password field.
3.Click the Save changes button.

To Pause your Subscription follow these steps from a desktop or laptop computer:
1.Go to My Account, then click on Orders.
2.Choose Cancel subscription on the subscription you would like to pause
3.You'll be presented with the option to Pause instead
4.Choose the duration of your pause (up to six months).
5.Click the Pause subscription button.
