You are eligible for the student discount if you are currently enrolled at a Title IV accredited US college or university and your enrollment is verified by Hulu’s partner, SheerID. During signup at hulu.com/student, you will be directed  to SheerID to enter your details and verify your student status.

While you can watch full seasons of many shows on Hulu, some series may only offer a few of the latest season’s episodes to air. This is known as “rolling” availability and is related to streaming rights. When a show's availability is "rolling", only a specific number of recently aired episodes will be available at once. For instance, if a show only offers five of the most recently aired episodes at a time, the fifth oldest episode will expire whenever a new (or sixth) episode airs and is added. The best way to keep up with rolling availability shows is by adding them to My Stuff. That way, you’ll be able to see when any new episodes are incoming and if any old episodes are expiring to make room.

There are numerous accessibility features that can help people with disabilities (and people without) get the most out of using Hulu. Voice commands and keyboard shortcuts can be used to navigate our app and website, while closed captions and descriptive audio help enhance the playback experience.

Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem! Hulu subscribers are able to stream from two different screens at one time. While you catch up on last night’s episodes in one room, the rest of the family can settle in for a movie night in another — no more fighting over the remote. You can download the Hulu app and activate your account on as many supported devices as you’d like, but only two of them can be streaming simultaneously. If you attempt to stream from an additional device, you may see an error message on that screen.

To update your personal information on Hulu:

1. Log in to your Account page on a web or mobile browser
2. Look for the section Your Account
3. Click Update Info next to Personal Info
4. Make any necessary changes to your name, birthdate (month and day), and gender
5. Depending on your billing method, you may be able to update other information through your Account page
