What is the returns policy?

Sometimes stationery just isn’t quite right, so we give all paper people 30 days to return your unpersonalised paper pieces and desk accessories. Returns are completely free. If you need to request a return for an unpersonalised item, please reach out to our customer service team at support@papier.com.
